Today’s Campaign Update (Because The Campaign Never Ends)

When Donald Trump tweets, people listen. – Let’s just start this one off right with a couple of hilariously on-point missives from his Twitter feed this morning:

Donald J. Trump ✔ @realDonaldTrump The globalist Koch Brothers, who have become a total joke in real Republican circles, are against Strong Borders and Powerful Trade. I never sought their support because I don’t need their money or bad ideas. They love my Tax & Regulation Cuts, Judicial picks & more. I made.....

5:14 AM - Jul 31, 2018

Donald J. Trump ✔ @realDonaldTrump ....them richer. Their network is highly overrated, I have beaten them at every turn. They want to protect their companies outside the U.S. from being taxed, I’m for America First & the American Worker - a puppet for no one. Two nice guys with bad ideas. Make America Great Again!

5:23 AM - Jul 31, 2018

For those wondering what’s prompting the President’s ire, the famously pro-open borders Koch Brothers have recently been threatening to offer financial support to Democrats in certain congressional races where the Republicans have Trump’s endorsement. Charles Koch, speaking to the media over the weekend, said “I don’t care what initials are in front or after somebody’s name.”

To emphasize their point, leaders of the Kochs’ campaign funding organization, Americans for Prosperity, announced that they will not support Republican Kevin Cramer in his effort to unseat incumbent U.S. Senator Heidi Heitcamp in North Dakota.

Tim Phillips, head of AFP, told the group’s meeting that “He’s not leading on the issues this country needs leadership most right now,” specifically citing spending and trade, where the Kochs hate the President’s efforts to renegotiate all the nation’s terrible trade deals. “If Cramer doesn’t step up to lead, that makes it hard to support him.”

Thus, the Koch brothers, who have spent the last 20 years being heinously vilified by the despicable political left and our fake news media, suddenly find themselves becoming the left’s new political darlings. Funny how that works.

They should be careful, though. The President is correct when he says that he has “beaten them at every turn,” one of the main reasons why he holds the most powerful offices in the world. The Koch’s new allies on the political left hold no such power or anything close to it. Food for thought.

She finally found a place where she truly fits in. – Just wanted to share this hilarious meme found on Twitter yesterday:

Oh, hey, there’s another Trump tweet:

Donald J. Trump ✔ @realDonaldTrump One of the reasons we need Great Border Security is that Mexico’s murder rate in 2017 increased by 27% to 31,174 people killed, a record! The Democrats want Open Borders. I want Maximum Border Security and respect for ICE and our great Law Enforcement Professionals! @FoxNews

6:00 AM - Jul 31, 2018

When you think about Mexico, envision the South Side of Chicago spread over an entire country 2/3rds the size of the continental United States. That’s what we have on our Southern border today, and the Democrat Party and the Koch brothers couldn’t care less. As the President would say: #Sad!

Wait. Rudy just said what??? – So, we had two items of news on Monday that most likely did not mean anything like what your fake news media said they meant.

First was the news that New York Times Publisher Arthur Sulzberger rushed over the White House on Sunday to meet with President Trump about his ongoing targeting of the Times and other news outlets as “fake news” and “enemies of the people.”

Second were two interviews given by Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, in which the ex- New York City Mayor said many things, but the one thing the fake media focused on was Guiliani’s repeated statement that “collusion is not a crime.” Interestingly, the first Giuliani interview took place in real time with the Sulzberger meeting at the White House.

I’m going to tell you that the media’s focus on Giuliani’s “collusion is not a crime” contention is simply a diversion tactic from what’s really going on here. Prominent people have been making that very point for more than a year now, including constitutional scholars like Harvard Prof. Alan Dershowitz and George Washington University Law Prof. Jonathan Turley. It is simple fact that the word “collusion” does not appear anywhere in the U.S. criminal code. Period, end of discussion.

Thus, all the fake media focus on that specific statement by Rudy is an obvious dodge, meant to deflect public attention away from the truly astounding bit of information that America’s Mayor tossed out as casually as could be: that the weaselly ex-Trump lawyer Michael Cohen made a habit of recording his conversations with prominent people in the fake news media throughout 2016 and 2017, and “dozens” of recordings of said conversations are now in the hands of the Justice Department.

More to the point, those recordings were also all shared with the President and his lawyers in recent weeks as they deliberated over whether or not to waive executive privilege for their use against Cohen, which they ultimately did.

But it gets better.

In a second interview with the eternally dim CNN fake host Alisyn Camerota Monday morning, Rudy expanded the universe of those recordings to include Cohen conversations not just with reporters, but with “media executives”!

Uh, ‘executives’ like Arthur Sulzberger, the Publisher of the New York Times, as an example?

Gulp.

Still think Sulzberger was at the White House Sunday morning to talk about presidential tweets? I don’t.

Just another day in panicked, deflecting fake news media America.

That is all.

Collusion is not a crime is very germane to the Mueller witch hunt. A special counsel should never have been appointed to look at the Trump campaign. No crime was involved. The Mueller investigation was built on a counterintelligence case started by the FBI on July 31, 2016–or earlier.

The whole premise for appointing a special counsel is flawed and runs counter to the law that establishes the appointment of one. Collusion is not a crime.

The whole idea was to drive Trumps poll numbers down in to the 20s so the GOP would say we cannot protect you from impeachment..

Hell Mitch was probably hoping it would work....

“The Democrats want Open Borders”

Remember the term “nation building” where we went into other countries trying to transform their government and culture?

Masses of foreigners coming into our country could be called “inverse nation building”. Do we want our culture and government transformed to their liking?

Cohen's secret recording of conversations with other people could only be shared with Trump's team if those conversations mentioned Trump.

So if Trump got from those tapes something Sulzberger talked to Cohen about, it could only have been something about Trump.

Was that what Trump talked to Sulzberger about?

What Could Sulzberger Talk To Trump's Lawyer Cohen About That Wouldn't Involve Asking Cohen To Violate Attorney Client Privilege?

Not only "Fake" but "Dirty"
