Thank you. I will do a little more research, and if nothing exists maybe I will poke around and get some info and write something myself. There’s no excuse for somebody else during an intrepid as that to be forgotten.
I knew he died in 1919, but didn’t know until I read the comments here that it was due to an aircraft accident. There are some pretty smart people here at FR and that’s why I share, to see the discussions.
