Here is Democrat Nancy Pelosi laughing at and mocking the Coal Industry in America – particularly the idea that a Coal Power Plant use to provide energy to the Capitol. Pelosi said when she became Speaker of the House, she saw to it that was stopped – “with all due respect to West Virginia” and the late Sen. Robert Byrd.
You can be sure, if Democrats regain power they will try to kill the renewal and resurgence being experienced by the Coal Industry under President Donald Trump. . . .

As stupid as the John McCain RINO Never-Trumper wing of the Republican Party is... the Democrats actually are stupider. Their fake news nonsense has landed a few hits a couple times, but most people have been bombarded with their crap so much that they now have become fatigued by it. And then Pelosi and company spew out crap that is totally repulsive to the vast majority of people. I feel like the Dems have no chance of anything more than gaining a few seats in the house. The blue wave will be more like a blue ripple.
Pull the grid plug on her.
That would make the US much more sustainable.

Unfortuately, for those wanting to see more thermal coal mined, bought, and used to generate electricity, many utilities are shutting down the coal-fired plants.
The shale energy revolution makes natural gas an order of magnitude cheaper than coal over the long term. So utilities have been shutting down coal-fired plants and replacing them with natural gas-fired plants — fired by shale gas.
I don’t necessarily agree with this, especially if a cold winter zaps the northeast. But one must deal with reality, and this is what has been happening for the past several years.
It isn’t because of actual economics. Coal is only getting so expensive because of insane government EPA policies and rules. Coal is going nowhere unless the communists get back into power.

Owners of the plant made the decision to burn natural gas exclusively for now.

She doesn’t even know that Natural Gas is a Fossil Fuel.
The Stupid Party hasn’t figured that out yet. There are loads of libs saying nutty things that would make great campaign fodder, but the Gutless Old Party is too stupid to leverage them in campaign ads.
