Oh he is correct but next week Beck will change his mind.
He is in so much financial trouble right now that he is frankly irrelevant.
People tried to tell him NOT to invest in Blaze.com and this is where his train went off the rails.

Pinning the fiscal responsibility tail on the democrat donkey or republican pachyderm is a fools errand. War is upon us, we are winning and fighting our way back from the precipice of perpetual death.
When the enemy is routed there will be a sea change and hope for fiscal well being. Carping about money while the titanic is sinking is fatuous.

Obama's FY2017 budget was DOA in Congress.
Besides, what matters is the spending & appropriations, pretty much controlled by the legislature.
