No, Mayor Pete, most Americans don’t want to be lead by a poofter who believes he is married to another poofter.

In this, IMO, Buttigieg is correct.

Were we to return to a Constitutional Republic (not this farce\in-name-only of today), many on the right WOULD be asking, “Where’s “my” XYZ??” (public education, food/rent/utility/car subsidy, employer h’care+).

Far too many, THANKS! govt indoctrination (I mean ‘schools’), would be SHOCKED (shocked, I say) when they received the bill of the multitude of services they would need pay for.

Well, that medical condition is a new one on me, so I just HAAAAADDD to go and look it up.

You’re right: you WOULD be banned for life along with any pets you may have.

I wonder if the per capita number of colo-rectal physicians in San Francisco is high?

None of the examples that the Dems cite as countries with “single payer” have single payer health insurance.

Canadians, for example, heavily utilize the private insurance market. Many European countries have freer private insurance markets than the US.

When you write of the “aspects of single payer that are good”, do you mean the fantasy aspects of single payer, or the ones that actually exist in the US, such as Medicaid or the End Stage Renal Disease Program?

You are right. But I wouldn’t say Americans want “Socialism.” They want transfer payments so that they can live the good life and have the “rich” pay for it. They believe that they can have free health care and free housing and Obamaphones and a whole bunch of other benefits if the “rich” would just pay their “fair share.” They don’t understand that the Dems’ agenda is simply a means to control. Give the Middle Class all kinds of benefits but tax the life out of them to provide them. Then the Middle Class become serfs — wards of the state who give their money to the state in exchange for being “taken care of.” With, of course, the Dems in control. Its evil and totalitarian but a lot of people are willing to live in a state of serfdom to have the illusion of safety.

He’s in it to give the left an issue to run on. They will try to demonize Trump and the right as full of hate for not being willing to normalize this deviants lifestyle. The right had better wisely prepare their answer.

The "good" aspects of single payer.
  1. It decouples health care from employment
  2. Pre existing conditions are covered
  3. Ends private insurance premiums for those that choose to not have private insurance and rely on govt single payer..

The right better come up with answers to those "good" things...

...how many of those cheered in the audience want to pay >70% of their income for the socialist dream.

It has been a while since I was in elementary school, but if I recall correctly 70% of 0 = 0.

Navel gazing and surrounding yourself with the same type of people tends to skew one’s viewpoint.

I suggest the mayor whose worldview is shaped by his limited experience with a few hundred million more Americans might be a tad constipated.

Butt-jig, most Americans don’t want your Globo-homo agenda, either. And if they do, TOO BAD; this ain’t a democracy where 51% get to decide to hand over the rights of the 49%.

Buttplug has a lot of “one liners” like this one about the SC that are ridiculous and nonsensical...and thus appeal to liberals. Kind of like AOC.

Trump has kept and supports the non-discriminatory coverage of pre-existing conditions.

Even though this means that young and healthy people are inordinately subsidizing old and sick people.

The first should indeed be a goal of GOP health policy.

It’s ridiculous to allow people who are nominally middle class to be on public assistance.

I have an idea, lets actually try a conservative agenda, then see what the people have to say.
