Kamala Harris recently displayed an incredible level of hubris which was punished by the Gods of Politics as reflected in a CNN poll showing her tumbling 12 points to just 5%. A stunning fall. I discussed the subject of her hubris as well as giving credit to Tulsi Gabbard for gutting the Harris candidacy in just a little over a half a minute in July. Harris was the Anointed One of the Establishment and the Deep State and now her candidacy seems to be...Gone With The Wind.

Big correction here. I stated that Tulsi Gabbard came in at 2% in two polls. I just found out that Gabbard also came in at 2% in a YouGov poll just out today. That means she only has to come in at 2% in just ONE more poll between now and Aug. 28 to qualify for the September Democrat debate. Let the gutting of the Kamala Harris candidacy continue!!!
Gabbard is spending a lot of money in Iowa, including ads that have her reciting the Pledge of Allegiance including ‘under God’.

Gabbard is a US citizen (not a US Natural born citizen) by virtue of a statute, the Immigration and Naturalization Act, passed in the 20th century, which did not modify the intent of Article II, section one, clause 5, ratified in 1787. A statute cannot amend the meaning or intent of a constitutional provision.

Yes, this is proved by John Kerry becoming the nominee in 2004.
It is my understanding that her mother was a citizen due to her birth in Decatur Indiana. If that is accurate, would not Tulsi be a citizen at birth based on the above sentence from your post.
I think Kamala is toast. The Left now HATES her. I watched the Young Turks today writing her off as a FRAUD.
