Well instead of looking at the motive as “bias” the motive could very well be that they were told to do this by the Obama White House
Now that is the motive in all of this
don’t let this “bias” or “not bias” FBI/CIA whatever distract you from the real crimes here and the real motive is of course they were told to do this from above, and who is above the FBI director? DOJ? The White House? The trail leads, the ‘rats would wish Horowitz blamed this all on a couple loose cannons down in the FBI
