The problem is Pelosi and Schumer are from places that will vote them in forever. So they have zero responsiveness to non-Democrat pressure. In Pelosi’s district with the California “jungle primary” rule, there were actually two Democrats on the Nov ballot.
Either this is an op, and there really isn’t a crisis, and no live are actually at stake, or the Democrats are trying to:
