That’s an easy one. For sanctuary states and cities, if you are here illegally, you will not be reported. If you are here legally and have coronavirus, you cannot enter a sanctuary state or city legally and if you do, you will be reported and/or arrested. If you are here illegally and have coronavirus, you can enter a sanctuary state or city, and receive free medical and financial aid, but you will not be reported. The new federal stimulus bill will provide the latter including paid legal assistance. Finally, if you live in a sanctuary state or city, are an American citizen and have coronavirus, you will pay for your own treatment, and be taxed for the treatment of those here illegally, including their legal expenses.
