7,000 alleged NYC COVID-19 deaths have been thoroughly examined and in 99.2% of them at least one other life-threatening illness was involved. How can the virus be in and of itself deadly if it's killed virtually no one in NYC who wasn't already dying of something else?
If an obese person with high blood pressure and diabetes dies of smoke inhalation in a house fire, do you say “they died of smoke inhalation” or “they died of natural causes”?

It is real, but the response is a hoax.
They weren’t “already dying of something else”. Having other conditions does not mean you are dying. People live with those conditions for many years. The death rate in NYC from covid at the peak was 2-3 times the usual death rate of all other causes put together.

We’ve all been had by corrupt Democrats.
People go to nursing homes to die. Sounds harsh, but it’s true. Few live 5 years in a nursing home, for a reason. These folks are at the end of their lives. Many are “circling the drain,” using the quiet black humor med folks use.
When someone is knocking on death’s door, for a variety of reasons...heart disease, 80yo, diabetes, PAD, obese, HBP, it doesn’t take much for them to keep over. Colds kill old folks. The flu does, too. This is no secret.
If we counted “deaths with flu” as “deaths from flu,” the flu deaths estimated each year would probably double, if not triple. Yet that’s how we count all Covid deaths—”deaths WITH covid” are counted the same as “deaths from Covid.”. They are cooking the books.
We don’t actually count actual flu deaths anyway. It’s estimated. Why? It’s no big deal, and not worth the cost to test everyone. Yet flue deaths 2017-2018 numbers are close to projected Covid deaths. (This season)

(This season because we are in the 2019-2020 Covid season. Which should officially end in August. Will they start the scoreboard over? Doubt it. Got to keep cooking the books. They’ll continue treating it different and continue to add to the death count in perpetuity, probably)
It acts as a supercharger to those other things you have that *can* kill you.

I’m in the camp that thinks COVID-19 has been overblown. I think it’s not that different from the flu.
I also think that NYC has declared some deaths to be COVID-19 deaths even though the deceased was verified as a COVID-19 victim (they just “showed signs”) — this clearly inflated their numbers.
I think we over-reacted and trashed our economy for no good reason.
However, all that being said, if someone has health problems, but is chugging along, if something new hits them (such as COVID-19) and that sudden blow is sufficient to kill them, then — while I recognize that the obesity, the diabetes, and the cancer were certainly contributing factors — I don’t actually have a problem with the idea that COVID-19 is what killed them. As long as they test positive for it.

Most NYC “coronavirus deaths” are fake, made up figures.
The CDC and various state governments have asked nursing homes and hospices to search the health records of deceased residents for flu-like symptoms, even if they were never tested for COVID.
If they died with flu-like symptoms, they are “presumed” positive for COVID, and they are classified as COVID fatalities.
This method of counting is completely fraudulent.

Problem is there is an evil, socialist agenda in adding to the Covid count, to justify taking freedoms away. The Control Freaks want the high numbers so bad, they pay people to add to the count. There’s a cash bounty on every official Covid death.
They don’t do that for “smoke inhalation,” so nobody cares.
Except that total deaths this year so far, are lower than 2015 2017 2018 and 2019.

You might be surprised that the numbers are estimated afterwards, based on looking at death certificates. Influenza is not a reportable death.
If you die of pneumonia between November and March, no matter the cause, you are a flu death.
The whole counting of the dead is a stupid exercise.
But if you are, not only did we have a tough flu year, but we had another flu on top of it—that is not even into its third month yet.
You see, if you are going to get into counting raindrops you can do it in a lot of ways. First, think of the outcome you want. Then use the numbers to prove your point.
Your arguments “seem” to make sense. Until you realize that almost all of yuur data is skewed and estimated.
