“anxiety” can be controlled....so I don’t buy this. further a certain degree of anxiety can create motivation to resolve wat is being faced.
Guy lost his job but went out looking for work even in the shutdown.....taped his resume on company doors, or owners vehicles. He was hired!
Americans want cheap...and they KNOW that the jobs go to China. THEN they bellyache that there are fewer jobs here. We want our cake and to eat it too.
The Swiss support their own industries. They COULD cross over into France and buy food for less but they PAY more and buy their own.
We aren't like that.

What IS certain is that our financial system is on the verge of permanent collapse.
In the long run, the lockdown will destroy 10X as many lives, at least. Maybe closer to 100X.
There will be millions who will ultimately die sooner or later due to the effects and after effects of all of this. Many will succumb to a broad array of mental health issues and those who cannot get essential medical treatment outside the COVID barrier.
I don't believe that.
**Banks here know how to hold onto money. Always did; always will.
**Investment companies know where to invest, how much and when to pull out.
**The stock market isn't going to go belly-up any time soon.
**Long-term Investment Strategies, Wealth Advisors and Financial advisors know when, where and how to put money to use.

Ok. You really believe that most of the 40M will have jobs to return to? I do not.
There is no proof that even one life has been saved by the lockdown. There is plenty of evidence that the lockdown has killed a lot of people.
In fact, the evidence seems to show that you are more likely to get the disease if you are in lockdown. The virus apparently thrives in locked down buildings and doesn’t thrive in open air and sunshine.
Beaches and parks have been closed. That is a death sentence to many people.
Nobody knows what they are doing, but they keep doing it.
