Washington state Governor Jay Inslee is determined to wipe out restaurants in his state.
The governor will require restaurants to keep a log, including contact information, on every customer who dines at their establishment.
Inslee also wants all restaurants to open at half capacity.
Say good-bye to dine-in restaurants!

ABC reported:
Restaurants in Washington state will be required to keep a log of each dine-in customer to facilitate contact tracing during phase two of the state’s coronavirus reopening plans.
As part of the requirements, the log must be maintained for 30 days and must include each customer’s telephone number and email address, and what time they came in to eat, according to officials.
“If you have somebody who has become sick and they were sitting right next to a person at a restaurant, to be able to identify that person could be very valuable for their health to try to save their life, and so we put that in place,” Gov. Jay Inslee said Tuesday.
Eight counties within the state — Stevens, Wahkiakum, Skamania, Ferry, Pend Oreille, Columbia, Garfield, and Lincoln — have been cleared to enter phase two of the reopening process.
In order to remain open, restaurants must also meet a dozen other requirements including operating at 50% capacity or below, and seating no more than five guests at each table, according to Inslee’s office.
If someone asks for this information, tell them it is a HIPPA violation, an ADA violation and a denial of the 1st, 4th and 9th Amendments. Throw in any other legal sounding mumbo jumbo that sounds official.
Then ask them to give you the same information requested from every employee who will greet you, serve you or touch your food.
If this does not satisfy them, then have information ready about your Restaurant Persona.
Have some fun with it or register your disgust and leave, but have fun out there not wearing your mask and not sneezing, coughing or heavy breathing on anyone not in your family. The more of us that get out there, the more we get back our rights.
Sorry...Privacy laws forbid this. It should wind up in court.
I don’t feel a bit sorry for the citizens of blue states. They personify the adage ... “you get the government you deserve”. I make exception for the few conservatives that live in blue states ... to them I say ... get out while you still can.

Unfortunately, there are enough of those morons in this state to ruin it for all Washingtonians, and there is no way short of open revolt to change that at this point.
Next door to every restaurant will be a small kiosk where one can get immediate delivery of fake ID with photo. No problem. Cha-ching!

stupid people who hand over their debit/credit cards..99% of the time, I pay cash. Esp.here in L.A. where damn eateries add “extra fees” after you leave the restaurant. It happened to a few friends of mine.
Since he is going to this tyrannical extreme, he is missing two major relevant points :
(1). Location of seating,- diagram of where on the dining floor, and in proximity to whom else.
(2). Location of air conditioning units - to determine direction of the air flow .
The only third thing missing is the brown shirt at the front door stating in heavy German accent : " Vere are you papers, citizen " ?
Some of my cards where it’s stupid to hand over your real info just to get points rewards, I mostly write Huey Hefner and the Playboy mansion address.
Just a thought, would not that be the state hindering interstate commerce. I remember that being a bit of an uh oh can’t do that.
People can't wait to give their identity at restaurants so the government can show up at their homes and FORCE them to stay in.
(Don't know why they don't just start welding people's doors shut like they did in Chyna.)
