And he runs ( has not cleaned house) the most corrupt public services/utilities commission in America ( resulting in the highest rates for essential services plus worst safety and reliability record for consumers). And he still hadn’t terminated the huge ripoff “bullet train” scheme which is Basically a conduit to pour hundreds of millions into Feinstein’s purse.
