Two incidents
The Almeda fire.. proven arson. 2 in jail said people paid them to set gas cans out in a windstorm... BLM just happened to be camped in a local park harrassing locals (Medford Oregon)
The dam breach is at Hornbrook California about 35 miles from the fire where my son is.
