That article is from July. No criticism but just an observation.
Is there any more recent updates on the dam shifting situation?
I have not heard anything and was wondering, because usually once something starts to fail, it’s just a matter pf time.

Correct...from July. If there is something more recent I don’t know about it. What I DO know is that warping will greatly reduce the dam’s maximum capacity...which is awfully close to being reached as this article says.
