People with dementia organize cognitively with adrenaline or uppers. That is why I tell people to take grandma to the gerenologist in the afternoon, after a trip to Walmart. And the grocery store. When tired they usually cannot keep it together for ant extended period of time. That is why psych patients have to cool their heels 24 to 48 hours while they are assessed.

Well, one of the theories is that they are and Biden was replaced sometime back. The guy now is just an actor. It was observed that Jill does not treat him like a husband and others treat him with no respect, so the whole cabal is in on it.

Medication has side effects and everything goes through the liver to be filtered out. The older you get, the harder meds become on the body and the harder the liver has to work.

That was the same thing with my mother as she descended in the long dark night of Alzheimer’s. Medication staved it off for a while but like a damned up river each time the meds wore off the dementia increased until medication simply didn’t work anymore.

People who don’t work in the medical field don’t understand that. There is no magic pill that is going to turn you back into a 28 year old when you’re 78.
