The Conservatives in the Supreme Court will have no power, if Democrat operatives pack the court with liberals. The Supreme Court Justices needs to get this right, or they will not be relevant.
I prefer the terms, “overturn the fraud”, “restore the election”, “throw out the fraud”,”Remove the fraud from the election”.
Not sure all Republicans are going to support Trump. Biden has power with Foreign money and a rubber stamp media. People are all afraid of losing jobs, so many will march to the same drummer.

It cannot be a coincidence, that swing states turned against Trump, just in time for the Biden votes to be found. It was orchestrated by the DNC. They had Biden hiden in his basement knowing this fraud would happen.
Correct. If the radicals get in control they will pack the Court so that it becomes nothing more than a ratification body for them to lend a stamp of legitimacy to their power grabs.
Even RGB was against packing the Court but that will quickly be forgotten in the rush to impose the radical agenda.

As prominent Americans, those identified as Constitutionalists should be contemplating their personal futures and that of their families.
Just because AOC & friends have publicly shut up about *lists*, does not mean they have forgotten or that they will not carry through with those threats. They’ll just let it happen in what will seem to be an organic manner.
After the attacks on Kavanaugh and ACB and Clarence Thomas, they cannot have any doubts about the results of letting this fraud stand. Punting will not save them, either. Caving to the mob only enboldens that mob.

That’s kind of the definition of what’s taken out of your paycheck for social security. A tax (its called a tax!) and a fee that’s used to fund the retirements of those retired.
(And before a big discussion starts about social security, no you don’t own what’s taken out. There have been at least two USSC cases that say you have NO property rights in social security. If you did it could be counted as one of your assets and you could leave it to your heirs. You can’t so no its not yours. It goes right out the federal door to fund those retired.)
A lawyer friend who likes reading “legal reasoning” thinks that’s the legal reasoning that Robert’s used in crafting his opinion. He doesn’t think its a valid argument but he thinks that’s the model. (He also thinks that SS is really unconstitutional even though its withstood several USSC challenges!)
As a NH voter, I am curious as to why so many GOP candidates won at the state level, and then Biden is up by 5% over Trump.
Unfortunately, our Congresswoman Kuster and Senator Shaheen, both Dems, were also victorious.
Our machines, in our small town, used paper ballots that were then scanned and thus tabulated.
