No where did he say he is or would concede to those who stole this election from him. All he said was I'll see you in four years. He didn't explain the context.
This is a head fake by Trump meant to throw off the scent of the MSM types.

You’re correct in election fraud cheating Trump out of his historic victory.
You may be correct or incorrect on my 2024 vote being changed to the Democrat candidate. It’s impossible to know future election results, since they haven’t happened yet.
What I will tell you is I live in the communist State of Oregon. The precinct I vote in last went majority Democrat in 1964. Next are voting % of the top 4 candidates in the 2016 & 2020 elections.
2016 election 47.7% Trump
39.6% Clinton
6.3% Johnson
2.1% Stein
2020 election 50.2% Trump
46.1% Biden
2.5% Jorgensen
.43% Hawkins
Neither of these margins are outside county voting norms. Prior to the Goldwater debacle, the last Democrat victory was FDR 49.7% to Wilkie 49.5% in 1940.
The top 4 counties where Democrat cheaters operate in Oregon are:
1) Multnomah - They front load 250,000 ballots to demoralize rural counties, while keeping 200,000 ballots in reserve in case a Republican is competitive state wide.
2) Washington - Portland metropolitan suburb, which used to be a red /purple county, is now populated by “Karen and Brad” types.
3) Lane- college town(University of Oregon)
4) Benton- college town(Oregon State University)
Oregon liberalism reached its peak in 2010 they have no more areas of growth. Oregon births out numbered deaths by a mere 3000 in 2019.
Out of state and foreign migration has been trending down since 2017.
