I remember the time when there were those who resisted the measles vaccinations because they thought the vaccinations contained mercury, which they claimed was a cause of autism. I asked leading expert on autism, Temple Grandin if she believed there was a link. She said it is just a theory without scientific proof. In the meantime, it influenced people not to vaccinate their kids for measles. You can guess what happened. And the outbreaks of measles was the result of false science.
Then, there was the anti-vax drama created by the debunked study by Judy Mikovits who tried to make a connection between xenotropic murine-leukemia virus-related virus (XMRV)and other mouse retroviruses in vaccines and the massive epidemic in chronic disease, such as chronic fatigue syndrome as well as autism. When that theory was totally debunked, Mikovits jumped on to the growing movement of “COVID-denialists,” primarily composed of extreme right- and left-wing conspiracists who believe either the virus does not exist, is not responsible for the deaths being reported, or was released as a means for autocrats to exert control over the population. They have since created false allegations to the danger of the COVID vaccinations. I say that kind of misinformation weakens our ability to fight the virus and plays right into the world domination plans of the Communist Chinese. If the United States is further weakened by the effects of the virus, you can guess what havoc the ChiComs will do.
Then there is anti-vaxer, disgraced British ex-doctor, Andrew Wakefield, who himself had his medical license revoked for falsely linking the measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine to childhood developmental problems. That’s another story I don’t have time to discuss.
Sorry, you are confusing the way things have operated with the actual Constitution. It’s like MSM calling the election for the winner of the Presidencial Election. They have been making that call for years but in the final analysis they don’t have that authority and no amount of “that’s how things are done” insulates them from the true power cascade.
It’s all fine until the music stops and the reality is parsed.

Not so quick, we have to wait for a recount which may come too late if at all:
