This is speculation on my part, but there is a whole industry devoted to providing “followers” for a fee on socials like Instagram and Twitter. You will see new accounts gain a thousand followers instantly.

The FBI involvement means that we will never get the truth about the bombing. We will get a plausible of even an IMplausible story.
Gunfire, or the sound of gunfire is a pretty good way to get people to flee the area. There’s always people hanging back who don’t heed evacuation warnings. But gunfire tends to motivate even more...
Two things that are very hard to determine in an urban area like this.
1. The location of a loudspeaker.
2. The location where gunshots originated.

If the motor-home wasn’t stolen they might have their man. This is an odd case with the audio warnings, count down and all that. I’d guess it’s someone with grudge, former employee, or maybe an angry ding who just wanted to make some noise.
