He’s saying that real ballots were printed with magnetic ink and that the fakes were not. A few years ago, the check clearing machines read only magnetic ink. Today, the banks use optical scanners, so no special ink is required to read and route checks. I don’t know if his magnetic ink deal is valid.
He has several hundred payents to his name, but by all means, believe some random post on Twitter.
I read about it a few weeks ago myself and wondered why nothing had happened with it. Hopefully it will now.

I’m just stating what I know to be true about barcode scanners in the general sense as I have worked on them for the better part of two decades now. Some advanced imagers do have capabilities to perform a type of verification and quality checking, but I have not seen any “barcode scanners” that will do what was claimed (and I have worked on dozens of brands and many models within each brand and have demoed multitudes more). A high speed inspection/imaging system (AOI) would do this (looking for folds or creases), but not a generic “barcode scanner”.
That makes a lot more sense as to what is being discussed here. Machine learning/AI has come a long way in a very short time.
I offended some by pointing out that “Pulitzer” is raving lunatic. Simple proof is not that he changed his name but the extraordinarily convoluted reasons he gave for it, which has various elements such as his father abandoning him...yet not actually getting around to changing it till far into his adulthood when he was stalked by a gay dude (he makes clear that he’s no homophobe yet doesn’t explain how changing your name but staying in the same location and occupation would deter a stalker.)
Also I don’t know too many tech geniuses who branch out into promoting fraudulent treasure hunts, like finding an ancient Roman sword in Nova Scotia.

Many years ago I was at a convention listening to a physicist talking about his new photo optic scanning machine. Two guys behind me were ridiculing everything he said. No way he could do that so fast, they said. They were wrong.

Add to that securing all voting machines in AZ, WI, MI, PA, and whatever is left in GA. GA legislature needs to not just decertify but flip electoral votes to Trump.
Other battleground states need to get Pulitzer’s team working on Maricopa County, Milwaukee/Madison, Detroit, and Philadelphia machines ASAP.
With respect to the paper, it has specifications such as the pulp used for the paper, watermark and of the weight the paper - These produce a paper sheet that is optimized for high speed scanning and physical properties that are not commercially common.
For the printing process, there are specifications for things such as format, typeface, magnetic ink and alignment. During printing, all printers and copiers embed a very small code on the paper that has info on the model and probably serial number of the device that put the image on the paper. There are only a handful of companies that are certified to produce the paper stock and print ballots.
If anyone can describe this better or fix a misstatement, I'd appreciate your fix to it.

I have fun pointing out that he really has no effect on us, and that his irrelevance in swaying any opinion on here is the only passing thought we have for his efforts.

With those being the operative words in this massive nation wide voter fraud, such votes will be destroyed in broad daylight and no one will do a thing about it.
The democrat/communist elements of this nation have collectively made the rule of law a complete joke.
The last chance to turn this around is Jan 6th. If that fails we have the Insurrection Act, maybe.
