He is obviously not in sound mind when he signs the executive orders. If a will can’t be legally valid under similar circumstances, why are his executive orders legal and valid?

He said the 600 million doses would be given to 300 people. He said he would repeat that and then he did—300 people would be vaccinated. There’s no mistaking what he said.
He basically is not comprehending what he is saying. This is similar to him pronouncing “Psalms” as “Palms” and he said that twice. It wasn’t just a slip of the tongue. He was reading off the teleprompter and was not understanding that he was talking about a book in the Bible. His brain is not computing any longer. It’s barely functioning.
And this is the same person who supposedly seriously contemplated becoming a priest—that was the only other vocation he really considered, according to the MSM.

He looked OLD and slumped posture...no video of him walking, he walks with a shuffle and slow, no photo of HIS FIRST RIDE ON THE HELI? now that is amazing...
and NO photo of him arriving there and going inside...so maybe a wheel chair was ordered and he was going there for his own care and TESTING, TESTING, TESTING...
