Eat a pine cone? I’d be more worried about it coming out.

“I quit eating stuff the says Product of China”

Seems like that stuff today just say “Distributed by and the name of the store.”

Found out a few days ago 90% of our vitamin C tablets come from China. Checked my bottle, “Distributed by....”

I thought FR proper started during the Clinton investigations.

I learned of it from WND back then (read it for years and joined in 2001)

Yeah, Fixx was a fat, sedentary, pack-a-day smoking cheeseburger muncher before he started exercising in his mid 30’s. But, he had a bad ticker and keeled while out on his morning run, three coronary arteries almost completely occluded. Which shows that all a better diet is going to do in many cases is arrest whatever malady you may have, and maybe help reverse a little damage over the long term. Fixx was still a time bomb waiting to go off, regardless of how well he toned himself up on the outside. I don’t believe in ‘magic bullets’. When they say, ‘See your doctor before engaging in this or that activity’, they mean it. Your doc can see if there’s an issue up front, or he’ll otherwise be able to set up a physiological baseline profile of your health in case something happens.

Actually I have all his books.

Apparently you are trying to hint that his eating wild plants caused his death.

But diet does not prevent or cause an ruptured aortic aneurysm.

I had a whole 15 oz can of sardines in tomato sauce today. Five servings. 0 carb, 30g fat, 75g protein.

Right now I’m finishing a four egg omelette with cheese.

I’ve been carnivore the last three years and I’ve lost 55 pounds, cured my fatty liver, stopped pre diabetes, and increased my libido.

From China?

And what kind of oil is it packed in?
Not all oils are fit for human consumption.

Not something I eat every day, but always have them on hand for a quick meal/snack, high quality jerky also.

No. 98ish?

I was back here under a different screen name in the early days but my ex-husband threatened to put forward some of my posts in our divorce. (We live in lib La-La land) But found the post he put on here so it never came up.)

Changed by screen name after that.

I did no such thing.

Sometimes one cannot outrun their genes.

Jim Foxx tried that and died at age 52.

Never even heard of the stuff until your post. I discovered its closest cousin is the cocoa plant! The same plant that gave us Ambrosia, the drink of the Gods! We commonly know it as chocolate.
