This has happened in the American military for decades...black soldiers rape white women and the white women are tossed out of the military as unfit when they report the crimes while the rapists walk...

A group to help women rapes in the military started a few years ago and they had a yearly summit in DC...they collected funds to bring the victims to the summit....Paid for the flights and hotels etc... But they ostracized women who said the rapists were black and would not let them speak...
