I’ve heard crotch shots are painful and with large arteries the bleed out is fairly quick.
The difference is who is President.
The deep state swamp has been infecting DC for a long time - full of corrupt, power-happy bureaucrats whose agendas are self-advancement and cya.
They don’t have a clue what is special about our self-governing Republic or the Constitution. They have no allegiance to We the People because our individual rights are an obstacle to their tyrannical self-advancement.
It isn’t an ideology that drives them - it is a lust for power and self-advancement at the expense of We the People, who are supposed to have the power.
The only difference between the behaviors of Comey and Wray is who was President at the time.
While Trump was President, the deep state went into a temporary holding pattern. Now they are back on the offensive.
It is, but there is some small satisfaction in the elite finally getting it.
And that is simply because they don’t act until and unless it affects them directly.
When they come to realize they are not safe either, THEN things will change.

Alone, you are helpless cannon fodder. The 2nd Amendment recognizes that the peoples’ right to keep and bear arms doesn’t mean much without a citizen militia (common citizen defense group outside of the regular government organization) in which to effectively exercise that right.

Now that some of the key leaders in these paintball groups have been detained over Jan 6, they are squealing like stuck little piggies to the feds. LOTS of bluster, but I think you're right. There won't be any resistance, especially after the $1,000/day fines for not registering or turning them over kicks in, and people have liens on their homes and property, garnishments on their paychecks, etc.

The FIB is the beginning of what is wrong. Those American citizens who are dragged out of their homes during pre-dawn raids are being thrown in political prisons, charged with mere misdemeanors, denied bail, denied access to incriminating evidence, bankrupted, and scheduled for a speedy trial in about a year or so.
So, what, I’m supposed to cower in a corner and simply hand-over my own defensive weapons in the face of superior fire-power?
