The bottom line is that, fear mongering articles by his friend, antivaxer RFK Jr. and reports of a “vaccine Holocaust” to the contrary, there is no evidence of deaths above and beyond what one would expect based on known baseline rates of death in the US population. Although RFK Jr. might not be expected to know this, someone like Dr. McCullough, who has an MPH in addition to his MD, should know better. That he promotes antivaccine disinformation based on fear mongering about reports to VAERS of deaths and adverse events tells me one of two things. Either his MPH education failed him, or he’s lying.

It was Hall who sponsored Bill SB1669, in March 2021 to the Texas Senate, which would forbid mandatory vaccination for all vaccines. Hall’s misinformation was spread by the antivaxxer movement all over the media

Fact: All three vaccines authorized by the FDA for Pfizer and BioNTech, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson, underwent preclinical testing in animals before they received authorization. Studies reporting the results of these animal trials were published in scientific journals. If you took all the paperwork involved for just the Moderna tests, a stack would reach the top of the Empire State Building.
Hall: “As I’ve read, they actually started the animal test, and because the animals were dying, they stopped the test. Folks, I think that’s important to understand that what we’re talking about is the American people are now the guinea pigs, this is the test program that’s going on. They didn’t do the human testing, and they stopped the animal test because the animals were dying and then they turned it out for the public.”
Fact: The vaccines tested during preclinical trials didn’t cause animals to die, nor did the trials stop because animals were dying. As explained in this fact-check by Full Fact, if animals had died during the preclinical trials, it would have halted clinical trials in humans as well, and “The fact that [clinical trials in humans] were not [halted] indicates the animals did not die unexpectedly”.
Hall may be confusing the results of a 1990 study done on an earlier coronavirus vaccine undergoing clinical trials, which targeted a virus that infects cats but not humans, with those of the COVID-19 vaccines. In that 1990 study, some of the vaccinated cats died after becoming infected with feline coronavirus due to a phenomenon known as antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE). This occurs when antibodies generated against the virus improve the virus’ ability to cause disease, instead of protecting the infected individual. The ADE phenomenon has never been associated with the COVID-19 vaccine.
If this were true, there would be around 1,000 dead Israelis from the same vaccines (very noticeable in a small nation like Israel), but there aren’t any or hardly any for some reason. In fact, the vaccines appear to have largely ended the pandemic and saved lives.

If this vax is so well tested and all the debunking done, why is it not approved? Anyway you want to paint it, it is still experimental.
I simply refuse to take an experimental drug for a disease I am statistically unlikely to get and in that unlikely event I am unlikely to die from it. The FDA blocks experimental drugs for other uses that are more urgent. Why the heavy handed mad rush to shove this down everyone’s throat?
A- They have shown excessive zeal in blocking treatments for the disease
B- They have gone to over the top extremes to force people to get this experimental vaccine.
All other theories aside, that is sufficient to tell me to avoid the vaccine. How this has been and is being handled tells us a great deal more than any claims of “trust us” by bought & paid for “experts”.
I dispute that. The virus simply ran its course as viruses do. As it would have done without the despotic lockdowns of *healthy* people.

So far the virus has killed 617,083 people--more than the number of Americans killed in World War II, Korea and Vietnam combined. I remember the time when the news would give the number of American killed daily as the War in Vietnam progressed. We saw people leaving their homes and going to Canada to avoid going to Vietnam. Now I look upon Americans minimizing these deaths as only 2.15% of those who get infected. It is not a insignificant percent. We saw $billions in damages because one black man died from a knee on the neck. Lucky we had President Trump who got us the vaccines in warp speed. Now we see only 7,782 new cases and 170 new deaths for June 18th because of the effectiveness of the vaccines. If you think this is fake statistics, look at the European countries who are also doing good because of the vaccines.
Now each person who is vaccinated will not infect others. Asymptomatic transmission is stopped in its tracks.
The zeal to encourage people to get vaccinations is because people are encouraged by the results. That's just typical human nature. I experienced that forceful encouragement when I looked down from a 60 foot diving board--yes, I jumped. We are lucky we weren't hit by the polio virus which was an awful epidemic. You may have not been killed by it, but you would have wished you were dead by it.
