If you have any documentation at all that McAfee, or a McAfee spouse, paramour, relative, friend, business associate, or employee ever owned or rented a condo in that building, or worked in the building, or for the owners of the building, THEN you might have a basis for speculation.
Until then you may as well speculate that every building fire in America is a coverup for the theft of McAfee’s records. There is equal evidence.
I have no idea about this, seems more likely to be a sinkhole, just pointing out that conspiracy theories are sometimes proven to just be conspiracies.

If you take one of the Tweets showing the surveillance camera video and repeatedly hit the pause button from the beginning — you might have to try several times — you can see the collapse has resulted in the top floor dropping by about 1 story before the flashes start; AND there are flashes both on the top floor, and two levels below that.
Based of that CCTV footage, IMHO, it came down as part of a professional building-demolition operation...
Maybe some contractor got the address wrong...
Maybe voting records show that most occupants of the building voted for Trump and this was an FBI training operation...
IAC, no matter what the authorities end up telling us, it will probably not be the truth...
Professional building demo operations involve months of prep taking out everything that would be a problem around explosions (like glass, electrical wire, gas, water) and don’t leave the vast majority of the building standing. This thing is the exact opposite of that.
