“But they listened to Biden?”
The difference was that Trump listened to them. Biden did not. He doesn’t listen to anyone it appears from the latest interview, simply becomes defiant. Big problem when he can give orders that must be followed. Commander in Chief. At best incompetent, I personally think much worse with the history of corruption in his family.
The only way out of this is for him to be gone, even though it means President Harris. If not very soon, China will take Taiwan before the end of the year and complete their Hong Kong communization. No fear of America with Biden in their pocket.
He won’t resign. Slim chance of impeachment and removal from office, even though technically easier to get those votes than using the 25th amendment. But at least give the 25th a try. The D’s will need at least one Republican Senator to ensure Harris can appoint a VP, which takes a majority vote and Harris won’t be in a position to break the tie.
God help our country.
And the ho likes it! Because his actual pimp (China) told him to take the beating and “like it!”
It was planned.
-Stop paying and supplying Afghan military -in April.
-Remove the troops -in July.
-Leave the equipment.
-Leave the civilians.
-Leave the Afgn allies.
The Taliban just had to drive into the cities. The equipment, civilians and US personnel left behind were their’s for the taking.
The FKrs won’t even drive into Kabul to pick up trapped Americans.
It was planned this way.
It’s terrifying…not only for its possible consequences but for what it reveals about how the US operates these days. Turning off the electricity and slipping away in the middle of the night? Flat out lying by telling the Afghanis that they could rely on us, at the same time that our commanders there knew that we were planning on abandoning them? Betraying our allies (such as the Brits, who are furious)? And then listening to Biden blame the Afghan military for the whole disaster? Who the heck is ever going to trust us again?
This reveals such rot in our executive branch, which includes the State Department, and our military that I honestly don’t know how we can continue. Rot takes time to develop and this didn’t just start with Biden. I think you have the Obama years to thank for a lot of it - and don’t forget, Biden was also there - and this is just the final point where the whole rotted structure collapses.
Trump was just a brief, annoying interruption to them, and they got rid of him as fast as they could. He never had the support or even the cooperation of the military and I remember thinking at the time that Milley was not only close to insubordination but had actually gone there, and that there were several other high ranking military who were right there with him. And these are the very people we have to thank for this horror show.
Excellent, absolutely outstanding post..
If I may..I clearly recall biden calling President Trump a “Clown” during one of the debates.
biden is not only stupid beyond belief, but an arrogant son of a bitch to boot. 47 years in DC, and he learned absolutely nothing. Defends that trash he calls a son, and turns his back on true Americans left in harms way....Unbelievable.
in response to orders from Washington.
whose order???
“Milley clearly says the plan to abandon Bagram came from the commander in Afghanistan, Gen. Austin “Scottie” Miller, in response to orders from Washington.”
At the beginning of WWII, MacArthur and his last effective troops were trapped on Corregidor and the Bataan Peninsula.
When FDR ordered him to escape to Australia rather than take a chance of being captured, Mac wrote out his resignation, and expressed his intent to cross over to Bataan and enlist as a private.
It seems that his wife, who was with him on Corregidor, persuaded him to follow FDR’s orders. Faced with the choice of following orders and abandoning his troops, or refusing orders and abandoning his wife, he went to Australia.
These perfumed princes that afflict us today would probably find a way to abandon both their troops and their wives, and still avoid following orders.
After the war, Mac made sure the Japanese general he faced was tried and executed. Not that he didn’t deserve it.
IF he was briefed-—He didn’t comprehend the implications
7.62 Tokerev is comparatively expensive to 9mm; but I get your drift.
Exactly. His resume is certainly impressive. There may be more going on here than we think.
Thank you!
One of the things people forget is that Biden has never done anything in his life but claw his way from one elected office to another, mostly with his fake “working class” persona. They also forget that he was the most leftwing member of the Senate for years, but at the same time, when he got to be VP, he was so stupid and unpredictable that even leftist Obama never let him out unsupervised if he could help it.
So while he’s clearly non compos mentís now, even when he was theoretically in full possession of his faculties, he was never plugged into any reality beyond his personal and career benefit.
And he’s always been nasty, but age has made him even worse.
I would like to say that the Dems would like to get rid of him, but it works for them. He’ll ride this out, so unless there’s a major party revolt (which there never is in the left) or he drops dead or starts saying he’s Napoleon on live TV, that’s going to be what we’ll have to deal with, even if he’s just a sock puppet for whoever is wiggling the fingers.
This is all intentional, like not protecting the borders, ending energy independence, hyperinflating the money supply, pushing racial division, not enforcing criminal laws, flaunting the denial of equal justice under the law, etc. Why is there no mechanism to counter this planned destruction of America?
If General Hap Arnold was here that guy would have demoted and given Latrine Duty somewhere.
Lot more to that story.
Did I read yesterday that all the information the embassy had on those that helped us was ordered destroyed?
“Why is there no mechanism to counter this planned destruction of America?”
There is, right there in the Bill of Rights, but it seems we have no men to implement it.
“Lot more to that story.”
There always is, but I think I hit the broad strokes.
