Another crazy loony commiefornia law. Where is all the electricity to charge the batteries going to come from? commiefornia is also mandating all new homes to have electric water heaters, heaters, ovens, stoves, range tops, dryers, etc.
No new homes will get any natural gas hookups.
No wood burning fireplaces are allowed here either.
Solar panels are now mandatory also.
They had their chance. Sorry.
Once I’m fired over the clot shot mandate, at least I know I’ll have a career as a chainsaw smuggler...
how am I to charge my leaf blower with no generator?
THANK YOU!! I have always had the same thought, it is such a BS line. I also call BS every time I see the word "Eco" in front of any word describing a product.
there goes the entire lawn care and gardening industry in all of California.....unless they can afford an industrial tractor and mower I guess....
anybody suppose Gruisome Newsom is gonna stop his 18 holes a week because of the weeds?
I hate this ridiculous and draconian oppression by the fools in Sacramento but your scenario is easily dealt with by having multiple batteries. A landscape service worker will simply swap several out during the course of a workday.
It will make operating that service more expensive, thus eliminating smaller competitors. It will also likely raise prices, and during a blackout your lawn likely won’t get trimmed.
A 10-hp (8,000W) ZTR Mower costs $20,000.
CA gonna have a long grass issue. Someone’s going to make a fortune renting out goats.
Watch Out, Your mobility is Freedom and Freedom is a threat to the New World Order. You know they will eventually get around to banning Motorcycles.
Visions of a chainsaw brigade, from other states, coming to the rescue are going through my head.
Removing Gasoline as the dominant source of energy will be a disaster
Well, from what seen of the situation, most folks who live in communist countries don’t mow their lawns anyway.. So, this is par for the course...
From what I've read, new sales of that type of equipment would be banned as well.
Brilliance like Newsom’s only comes along occasionally..thank goodness. Let’s see if I got this right...He wants all things basically to be powered by renewable energy, but is already running short of electrical supply. Is he related to Biden or someone in the administration? Certain traits seem to be common here.
And the day will come when the police will be called when Karen suspects her neighbor has illegally purchased, and is now using, a gas-powered lawnmower on a Saturday afternoon...
Newsom has ties the the Chinese Communist Party, you can be sure.
There are many who want the United States taken down. The CCP is near the top of the list. Those who want a global government are a very close second.
