To be fair, elections as conducted now do not allow participants the requisite certitude and observation necessary for confidence in a self-governing public, let alone consent of the governed.

Having said that, I think that he should continue to hammer the obvious fact that the election was rigged and that there is a lot of evidence of widespread cheating. I think he is winning on that front, with some polls showing that the majority of people how believe that the election involved a lot of cheating.

If you mailed your vote in AZ one could look on line to see if it was accepted. Mine was rejected due to a signature issue(I have a sloppy signature) but was later accepted. As for whether or not it was actually counted I can’t say.

Georgia posted the 2020 vote results on the SOS site for about an hour. Someone archived it (I’m sure its gone now) and I checked our votes. 4 out of 9 people in my family never had their vote recorded (all voted for Trump). 2 in-person votes, 2 mail-in.

If there is evidence, including but not limited to more votes than voters, send it to the AG and demand that he conduct a criminal investigation. The Pima County “audit” should be performed by criminal investigators, with findings presented to a grand jury, so the perpetrators can be indicted and tried. No need for more legislative fact-finding.
