I can see Moochelle being thrown into the VP slot and the ho kicked upstairs to SCOTUS before the hag is allowed near the White House. Obama will never allow a Clinton back in the White House.
It can be done trivially and apparently irrevocably by the outgoing lame-duck Congress...

I bet it will happen. 1. Biden is forced by health problems to retire. 2. Harris will be Prez 47. 3. She will pick Hillary as her VP. 4. New GOP Congress will impeach Harris. 5. Hillary will be President #48—her Dream come true.
You assume every step (1-5) is inevitable. I wouldn’t bet on it.

A sitting VP can’t simultaneously be a sitting SCOTUS justice, but can be a “nominated” SCOTUS justice pending advice, consent and swearing-in. Granted, in order for a sitting VP to be sworn in as a SCOTUS justice, that person would need to resign their VP post, but they could wait to do that until seconds before the SCOTUS swearing-in ceremony, if that’s the way they wanted to handle it, without violating any law. Do you disagree?
