Bet that Fauci or the CIA or DOD funded these labs for years long before Biden took office.
Have the following been confirmed?:
1. That these labs were for the purpose of developing Bioweapons
2. That the DoD funded the labs
I would probably think the same. We have many congress creatures that are in and out of Ukraine for publically unknown reasons.
If you buy that, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you. Deep State is operating independently just like Fauci funding gain of research in Wuhan. It is a way to get around laws and regulations prohibiting such research in the US.

The labs in Ukraine are monitoring labs put there and in other former Soviet satellite countries because when the USSR broke up the chain of custody of the Soviet Union’s dispersed biochemical weapons was either broken or in imminent peril of breaking, depending on location, and there was a need to find gainful employment for the USSR’s former weapons researchers so that they would not, as happened with Iraq, end up working for Libya, Iran, North Korea, etc.
So, there was a need for a program to investigate outbreaks of illnesses to determine their origin and nature, in case part of the USSR’s stockpile got stolen.
