The problem is that rising costs have eaten up the incomes of poor people, so naturally the criminals have to shift to where there is still something of value to steal besides a tank full of gas and a refrigerator full of food.

1. Instead of building new prisons they let 20,000 criminals go free
2. Let illegal invaders including criminal gangs take over the state
3. Allowed BLM and Antifa to run rampant
4. Promoted the idea of “Defund the Police”
5. Decriminalized all kinds of bad behavior?
