Wrong.
It is not an economics problem....it is a cultural problem.
Unfortunately, crime is being accepted as a ways of life in these communities. They see the police as unable/unwilling to do anything about the crime, so they have given up and become part of it.
It is not just black culture that is breaking down....it is the entire world.
The breakdown of culture is why people devalue life, support criminals, trespassers, and why art, science and literature are dying.
Perhaps, but it seems that once safer communities with low or no tolerance for crime, regardless of ethnic and racial breakdown, flip to some, than most, than full (modern) Democrat control, like dominos falling the crime tolerance/acceptance rises then murders are woven into fabric of society.
More research needed and better run-on-sentence control as well ;)

And IIRC what I saw indicated that about half of murderers were black.
Also,in more general terms there can be no doubt that blacks are more likely to be victims of violent crime than any other race.

I will not disagree with your assessment there. But I would argue that economics and culture go hand-in-hand in that economics affects culture.

I hesitate to use the word “liberal” there. Because today’s liberals are really fascists.

The first time I heard that term was on a Detroit talk station. The guest was a professor Stanton Saminow. The host asked how such kids can be rehabilitated and Saminow said “They can’t. They’ve never been habilitated.”
We’re now seeing the logical outcome of decades of non-habilitation.
It's the hedonism that leads to all the unplanned pregnancies that wind up being either aborted or raised in single parent homes. Jesus is the difference maker for the blacks or anyone else who turn to Him.

Notice how the FBI combines Whites and Hispanics. The last time I looked (years ago so it might be different now) Hispanics are only a separate group when it comes to being victims of “hate crimes”, but they are lumped in with Whites when it comes to being the perpetrators of “hate crimes”.

Also the absence of ten, short, easy rules for family, community and national happiness contributed to this rot.
Rules (authoritative guidance) so simple that children used to be able to recite them. If acknowledged and practiced mostly guarantee safer, healthier, happier, and Just living.
Methinks it's only a matter of time before a loud black activist points out the that word "hispanic" originally meant the descendants of the Spanish conquistadors. Who, for those of you in Rio Linda, brought 12 to 20 times more blacks as slaves to America than the Brits did.
