Russia started the war in Ukraine and not anyone else.

So why was Kiev bombing the Independent Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk for the last 8 years? Like you said, “Russia started this war!”

That’s a joke, isn’t it. Donetsk and Luhansk were never independent states. They are both part of the sovereign territory of Ukraine that have been occupied for the past 8 years by proxy forces of Russia. Yes, Russia started the war, that was 8 years ago when Putin backed and armed a rebellion in eastern Ukraine.
