That assumes you are using the same laptop you were using when you were downloading porn or haven’t cleared out the cache. The guy was around the intelligence and national security establishment and surely had to know they could track him every which possible, if he was using the same laptop for work when downloading porn that would be incredibly stupid.

After searching his laptop for NINE months the FIB decided that they have to come up with something to explain away their obviously bogus raid, so they “discover” child porn on his computer after it was in their possession for NINE months. Smells fishy to me.

You know Australia is able to have the police plant evidence on your computers now, it’s legal for them to do this. I wouldn’t be surprised if the FBI didn’t leverage the Australian police to plant the evidence they needed in order to arrest this guy.

Predictable outcome whenever someone has the temerity to uncover criminal wrong doing at the highest levels.
I don’t put any credence in “child porn on computer” stories. it is too easily and routinely done by the feds in order to nab someone. Any computer on the Inet is vulnerable.
