Harf is a brainless partisan. There is more concrete evidence of Biden’s corruption and threat to national security than there ever was with the Trump Russia collusion theory the democrats and their media propaganda machine pushed and are still pushing.
How would anyone know? Honestly, the FBI has had the laptop for 2 years and done nothing. Clearly there were IRS issues, but the FBI remains silent. What we really need is a legitimate investigation.

Let us pretend for a moment that it is not “evidence”. It is still far more than is needed for a criminal indictment for the legal system to deal with.
What this idiot is saying really, is that There is “no direct video evidence of money being handed directly from the Chinese government directly to Joe Biden”.
This is the only evidence that will suffice for some. Even then, for most democrats, that wouldn’t be enough.
The president’s son is being investigated by the DOJ and a GOP-led House panel.
