That person is not Fetterman. The ears, nose, head shape is all different. He disappeared for depression, not for plastic surgery.
This needs to be looked into because the RATs are putting one over on us again.

Typical Spectre body double. They had to keep him under wraps a few weeks to wait for the scars from the plastic surgery to heal.

Looks like they put a suction cup on top of his head and pulled up a bit. Head is elongated.
