Yeah that is true for many. Not for all. But probably a larger percentage are better than in the 60s.
Even with the advent of male and female land whales flopping around today. They often don’t make it to 80.
I remember what my grandparents looked like when they were in their 50s, in the 1980s. Active and not overweight, but 4 kids, and they socially drank and Grandma smoked and sunbathed a lot. It takes its toll. Now that I am that age range I don’t look as old as they did.
