In 2014, Combat Brotherhood received 8 million rubles for the organization of patriotic clubs.
In 2015, Combat Brotherhood received 13 million rubles for “supporting fifteen patriotic clubs” holding sports events, organizing “patriotic camps”.
In their application for the presidential grant it was stated that the money will be spent on “holding military sports games, festivals, exhibitions, sports tournaments”.
In all, for three years of distribution of presidential grants Combat Brotherhood and regional branches of this public organization received about 50 million rubles.
Combat Brotherhood had a youth division called “Healthy nation”.
In May 2016, the head of both organizations, former police investigator George Makariev, said in an interview: “Healthy nation IS the ‘Combat Brotherhood’”.

I am Ukrainian. My country has been invaded by Russia. In this video I will tell you what happened on the four hundred and thirty third day of the war.
Day 433: May 02
Russian forces decided to focus on the western edge for 4 reasons. First of all, this is where the most important roads are that Ukrainians are using for delivering supplies, which Russians are trying to cut. Secondly, Ukrainians are using the western edge to protect Khromove and create crossfire, which is why a recent series of Russian attempts to take this village failed even though they were attacking it up to 10 times a day. Thirdly, the residential area in this region consists of small houses, which is a much less formidable fortification that requires fewer losses to overcome. And lastly, the alternative, which is storming the so-called citadel area, is much worse. Not only does it consist of 10-story buildings, where Ukrainians have prepared and equipped each and every floor for defense, but half of the ground in front if the citadel is empty. A Ukrainian fighter from the Aidar Battalion reported that the former military base is empty because it only had barracks, which were completely destroyed by artillery fire. He added that Ukrainians spot Russians in this region very rarely, and in such cases, there is usually no more than 2 troops that are conducting reconnaissance.
Due to the fact that the areas of Russian advancement are quite obvious and small, Ukrainians can leverage it to inflict even more losses on Russians. As noted by fighters from the 1st Border Detachment and 93rd Mechanized Brigade, right now, Russians make much bigger attacks, where each assault unit consisting of at least 20 troops. Such a high concentration of troops makes Russians more susceptible to Ukrainian artillery fire. And this is exactly the main task of Ukrainian artillery right now. Ukrainian fighters are saying that artillery strikes are devastating and successfully stop Russian advancement. After conducting intense shelling, Ukrainians made a limited counterattack to push Russians back.

Overall, Ukrainians assumed strong positions in the high-rise buildings, leaving Russians with a very limited number of options, which is pushing around the Industrial College or the outer edge of the city. By forcing Russians to attack along such narrow lines, Ukrainians lure Russians into a trap because they are immediately attacking the overpopulated sectors with artillery, inflicting disproportionately high losses. And Wagners continue attacking in large numbers because they are being pushed by their command to symbolically finish the Battle by 9th May.

A new wave of Russian missiles plunged into the Caspian Sea after ‘technical malfunctioning’, it has been reported.
Launched from a Tu-95MS – one of Vladimir Putin’s Soviet nuclear bombers – the three rockets were aimed at Ukraine.
The alleged blunder could have seen them hit Russian residential buildings, said Crimean Wind Telegram channel, citing a Moscow military source.
’It was very lucky that they fell right away,’ said the Russian general staff source.
‘They could have flown a little further and fallen on residential buildings, killing a lot of people.
’If we don’t figure out the reasons for the fall of the missiles, then such a tragedy is a matter of time.’
Russia has been regularly firing cruise missiles at Ukraine from over the Caspian Sea, killing civilians in Kharkiv, Dnipro, Lviv and Odesa.
There has already been much speculation about the malfunction, which caused further embarrassment to Putin’s army.
The source claimed the cause of the failure may be Western sanctions, forcing makers to use inferior components.
Other causes could be ‘negligence in the assembly’ or theft of components to flock on the black market.
This incident comes after two bombs unleashed from a Russian Su-34 mistakenly slammed into Belgorod city, close to the Ukrainian border.
Iurii Ihnat, spokesperson for the Air Force Command of the Ukraine, said recently that Russia is firing its missiles from the Caspian Sea because of their unreliability.
The ‘freelance descent of aviation munitions’ in Belgorod last week was not the first.
An explosion in such a large city was impossible to hide, so Russia had to admit the mistake, he stressed.
‘Why are they allowed to launch from the Caspian Sea?’ Mr Ihnat added. ‘Because a rocket fired from a war plane does not always start and fly to its target.
‘It just falls. It’s easier when it falls into the Caspian Sea than somewhere in Russia, on the head of Russians.’

Here's a list of possible reasons:
1. Pilot error...failure to arm the missile.
2. Battery not installed...batteries are very expensive and easy to pilfer.
3. Battery not serviceable...missiles are old and not properly maintained.
4. Missile wings don't deploy...Once again, caused by improper maintenance or storage.
5. Rocket motor doesn't ignite...Once again, caused by improper maintenance or storage.
