You misunderstand me.

I'm one of The Old Ones on FR, and I was a computer professional to boot.

I don't need the manipulated Media.

Before Goolag started suppressing information, I used to call FR "The Fountain of Truth".

You can still find the Truth if you dig, and know where to dig.

I don't waste my time with the bullsqueeze. It's apparent that you do.

I liken Trump to the dog Toto in The Wizard of Oz.

He's constantly pulling back the curtain on The Great Swamp: "Pay no attention to the men behind the Swamp Curtain!!"

That's his only use to me.

My conclusion after 26 years on FR is that we're done. I've been waiting for Justice to catch up with the Democrats and their fellow travelers in the GOPee for 25 years [the Clinton impeachment wars] - and all I got was criminal indictments of Trump and anyone who defied the DC Establishment over the 2020 Steal.

I'm done with this banana republic. I know what to do now - stay out of their way, and charge a dear price if they mess with me.

On this basis alone his case should be tossed

“The government” issued indictments of Trump.

Then “the government” destroyed potentially exculpatory evidence concerning Trump— in violation of the government records act.

It seems to me that Trump can make a case of reasonable doubt out of this alone, and should motion for a summary dismissal with prejudice.

Insofar as the J6 committee is concerned, did they issue a subpoena to Trump? Was the committee lawfully constituted according to Congressional rules? (I seem to recall some controversy about this.)

Obviously not, since Trump is whining he can't get access to their documents now.

The committee was such a success that they threw their documents out the window?

Some success.

No, 61% now blaming the Feds says it was a failure.

I'm one of The Old Ones on FR, and I was a computer professional to boot.

Same here. I came here to oppose Clinton. Yet, I see many of those same characteristics in Trump, now. I was somewhat willing to accept them, when he was "winning" but that was long ago. He's done nothing but lose, and lose, and lose again, lately. And the hole ahead is deep.

I liken Trump to the dog Toto in The Wizard of Oz.

And I liken him to the Wizard of Oz, himself. All talk, hyperbole, threats, fear, but no action. Unless it's to defend himself, of course.

Well theres your viewpoint.

But in the end they would have shouted him down and the only side that would have been shown on liberal media would be liberals scolding and ripping and making their sound bites against Trump, telling him he wasn’t participating properly, and the indictments would have come anyways. It would just have been a show trial and the indictments would have come anyways.

I’d say your argument here has merit.

Dont know if the court will. Maybe SCOTUS would see it that way. This is why SCOTUS is an equal branch of govt. The lower fedcourts are under Congress’ control and more and more they are just kangaroo courts going more and more out of line.

Possibly, but you don’t just concede, like he did. He literally wimped out, because it would have been hard to make his case, and was far from some safe, guaranteed win.

Him now complaining that he doesn’t have access to their materials, after he flat out refused to participate, is pathetic.

Do you really believe they don’t still have the materials Trump wants, somewhere?

The J6 was a joke, a sham, a kangaroo court. Remember, Republicans were barred from serving on the committee.

Trump was wise not to participate in the monkey show.

You need to change your screen name to Golden Showers, because you’re all wet when it comes to the urine you come up with to complain about. Just admit it, you’re a malcontent. There is nothing that Trump could have ever done that would have pleased you.

Everything that is happening is being engineered by Trump and the military to bring the evidence against the deep state to the public. Its a giant sting operation and in the coming weeks and months you will watch it all play out.

Easily disprovable. I was a huge supporter here of Trump at one time, even creating new *live* threads for his rallies. You're just attempting to smear, because you don't like alternative opinions, especially from FORMER Trump supporters. You're another one of those who proudly proclaims to never watch the news, from anyone at all , if I remember. Funny how several of you that still support Trump fall into that category. Happy, and smug, even with your blindness to the full reality of what's going on.

Did you ever stop to think that like Presidents are required to keep all the documents/records that were generated during their terms in office, and how election boards are required by law to keep ballots for a specific period of time after an election, that quite possibly, Congressional Committees are also required by law to retain all documents, data, videos, etc. gathered during Committee hearings and investigations? Somebody broke the law, but don’t worry about it, nobody will be held accountable. And it’s one more thing you can be happy over. They’ll just claim a water pipe burst, or it was a snafu, a clerical error, a computer glitch...somebody accidentally took a hammer to the hard drive and server...whatever excuse the rats come up with will be perfectly fine with you.

I hope so my dear, but I've only been hearing that for what, 5 or 6 years straight, at this point? From what I remember, it all started with Q claiming that Hillary was already wearing an ankle bracelet, and was going to be sent to Guantanamo. Maybe it's time you actually start worrying that Trump is about to be put under house arrest, instead? Just a thought. Thanks.

Geez, I’m glad you weren’t giving Trump legal advice. I hope you’re not actually a lawyer. You sound like Michael Cohen.
