Yet Danny Masterson got 30 years. If he was a protected class and shot them, he would be out in 3 years.

No James, it’s not. You see, they didn’t teach you any history. The NAZI (Democratic-Socialists-Workers Party of Germany) was trying to destroy the Republic of Germany and it’s Constitution. The bedfellows and helpers in this destruction was the ANTIFA (Socialist-Democrats, funded and supported by the Communists). Both the NAZI and ANTIFA were against the Republic. Both NAZI and ANTIFA were LEFT WING NUTS who believed that they were guiding Germany to a better place. Both NAZI and ANTIFA had individuals going between for ‘protests’ and Violence in cooperation to undermine the then Constitutional Republic of Germany.
ANTIFA isn’t Democratic, and it’s history is certainly against a Constitutional Republic even if it means being bedfellows with NAZI’s. ANTIFA became non-useful in Germany as the NAZI’s illegally seized power (with the initial help of groups like ANTIFA) and were targeted by the Communist hating NAZI’s. The good news is that the (Socialist Democrats) Communists can claim the highest number of innocent civilians murdered by government of any group in the century and potentially of all TIME!!!! Further, ANTIFA can trace it’s revival to none other than George Soros!! That’s good because it’s not like he was a NAZI or anything sinister like that...........ROFLOL. In a Constitutional Republic you are either for the Constitution, and Representative government, or YOU ARE NOT.
Finally, if you act like a NAZI, are funded and organized by a former NAZI, speak like a NAZI, and use violence like NAZI’s, why does saying your ANTIFA make you NOT a NAZI? I would not insult a terrorist group by calling them NAZI or ANTIFA.
