All those waves of armored vehicles that were to pour through the Fulda Gap with the Soviet 3rd Combined Horde, are now marching from storage yards in Russia, to scrapyards in the Ukraine. Russia is being demilitarized, for 5% of our Defense budget, over about three years, without a single American serviceman having to die.
The better half is already finished. It will be a better world afterward, when Russia no longer has those fleets to threaten the world.

With growing intelligence capabilities in the occupied areas modern communications, and precise targeting with precise timing on precise targets, the Ukraine attacks may be very much more effective than the old days when info took time to get to the end recipient and clumsy and unpredictable bombing missions had to be planned and executed.
I wouldn’t want to be an occupying force in Ukraine cities in 2023.
