The dilemma is that Texas can start arresting Border Patrol who are “just following orders,” with the ensuing recriminations sure to follow; even possibly start a hot civil war, OR they can try to dance around with short term measures like wire and buoys that feds will destroy. Their hope is that conservative leaders in DC will eventually remove Biden and his criminal network.
