Every time one considers humanitarian help to someone like Humas one need only ask oneself if similar aid would have been given to Germany during WW2.
If the answer is no, then DONT.
The Nazis would have taken the resources for themselves if it was given to them. Hamas is not any different from the Nazis.
We are acting like people are more civilized when it comes to waging wars. Terrorists are taking advantage of that.
I would wait to see this confirmed by a more reliable source than the New York Times.

Agree if the US were to enter militarily it would be a huge mistake.
Israel has very low debt and actually had a budget surplus this year while the US is $33 trillion in the hole.
As much aid as we have given Israel over the years they should have sufficient military resources to take care of Hamas and Hezbollah. While Iran is supplying Hezbollah with weapons I don’t think they want to enter this war directly if they can help it.
A regional war could actually threaten Israel’s very survival. I just don’t understand why some freepers are cheering that on.

Much military aid from US taxpayers has blanketed Israel over the years. They have more than enough resources, now, to nail Hamas and Hezbollah. Wealthy Israel has very low debt, and actually had a budget surplus this year, while the US is $33 trillion in debt, a debt which future generations are saddled with.
Why are some freepers cheering that on?
