> Same thing would happen today if states tried to resist tyranny.

You really think the balance is the same now as it was then? You really see the blue states beating the red states in real combat?

“States can and must resist Federal tyranny.”

In theory. But it takes PEOPLE to resist tyranny and ANYONE, even a governor, will pay BIG TIME for trying to resist, even more than Trump. Think Canadian Truckers and you have about 5% of what the feds can do to you without them even having to leaving DC.

Like it or not, the ONLY way we defeat tyranny is at the ballot box, and ONLY if there is enough integrity left to be able to even do that (and only if our side stops making excuses not to vote in November elections).

“They tried that in 1861, and the corrupt liberal states of the North ganged up on them and destroyed them. Same thing would happen today if states tried to resist tyranny.”

Even worse now, as the feds don’t need to do anything beyond a few keystrokes in DC to bring entire states to their knees. At least back then they had to FIGHT to keep the country together.
