Not buying it.
The question that was on everyone's mind at that presser was, if there's nothing there to disclose (no UAPs), why go to so much trouble to kill the UAP Disclosure Amendment?
People here on FR complain about UAP threads but this is a very hot topic in DC right now. And the Deep State is putting up one hell of a fight to prevent Congress from gaining access to UAP files at the DOD and in the intel community.
The aliens are secretly Hong Kong taxi drivers.

When Ronald Reagan, Jimmy Carter reported seeing UFOs, were they reporting hoaxes? When Air Force pilots in jet fighters report seeing UFOs, are they reporting hoaxes?
How is it that “common folks” have the technology to fool highly trained pilots in aircraft that costs millions of dollars, and in some cases, cause their deaths?
My thoughts as well. “If there’s nothing there, why fight so hard to have to reveal that there’s nothing there?”

If these things never happened, why do the Intelligence people have to testify in secret hearings before Congressional committees that nothing happened?

They have always been here - they are not new arrivals. They may even have been here long before humans arose 300,000 years ago.
They make it here after flying many light years having superior technology and crash more often than lady drivers?
I tend to separate military/government reports from common citizen reports. I distrust both.
