Donald Kagan, Frederick Kagan, Kimberly Kagan and Victoria Nuland Kagan are all well known neocons. Elena Kagan doesn't appear to be a relative, at least not a close one.

Victoria Nuland is a Neocon? In what sense of the word?
Nuland (Robert Kagan’s wife) managed to be in the Clinton, Bush, Obama, and Biden administrations as a political appointee (not a civil service lifer). She was an assistant to Dick Cheney, and has promoted an interventionist foreign policy. Nuland played a key role in the 2014 coup in Ukraine. Like the Kagans, Podhoretzes, and Kristols, she’s even got the multigenerational thing going — although her father was a medical doctor, he got articles published in “Commentary”.

If you look carefully at Donald Trump's security when he is just 'out and about', he is protected by heavily armed people in full battle gear. It is not clear whether these are Secret Service or private or military protectors. Of course Iran has issued a 'fatwah' on eliminating Trump but it seems obvious that more serious measures have been exercised for some reason.
I think people might be missing part of the story here. While columns like this are despicable attempts to normalize the idea of a Trump assassination, and perhaps incite some unhinged leftist(s) to make such an attempt, I think the more likely outcome is that talk of Trump being a dictator who won’t relinquish power if he’s re-elected, will be used as a pre-text for the Biden regime to invalidate the election results, should Trump win. As is so often the case with the left, they will refuse to relinquish power, on the grounds that doing so would be an end to democracy. That’s the insane, Orwellian world in which we live.
There is no room for doubt - certainly not in my mind - that Joe Bitem is a dictator {supported by his masters.} It should have been obvious in that ridiculous Philadelphia speech some months ago with the red background and two military guards behind him. He makes no pretense of 'working with the opposition' - he sees no need to do so.
He dictated granting relief for student loans; he dictated that the American people must convert to electric vehicles - and paid the auto companies to comply with the absent demand, with tax dollars not appropriated by Congress; he dictated this past week that three states must close their coal-fired power plants; he dictates repeatedly that money will be spent for whatever, with no Congressional appropriation. He dictatorially declared that the withdrawal from Afghanistan was perfect and done in the only way possible - and that it was because of Prez Trump's failures. He dictatorially declared this past week that the reason that Hamas attacked Israel was because he was on the verge of achieving peace in Palestine - ignoring the facts that he financed Hamas through 'relief funds' plus easing sanctions on Iran.
Joe Bitem fashions himself as a dictator and thus he IS a dictator!
