Absolutely. Look how quickly they took down the Boy Scouts of America by just starting with letting "gay" boys in. Now they have completely demolished the "boys" part altogether and have a DEI merit badge required for Eagle rank.
No: Among other reasons, I and thousands like me would be marked for censure and arrest for simply sharing the gospel and expressing political opinions. FR itself would be censured in Russia. The Left in the West longs to do what Putin can, but it not there so far.
