Hardly. Russia is more traditional only in its opposition to homosexual rights. It's hardly more Christian. It's women have more abortions than in the West, and its men spread AIDs around more readily. Russia is bombing and burning more churches in Ukraine than leftists in the West. People in Russia are also being arrested for the crime of insulting Islam in Chechnya. That's not very Christian, or traditionally Western.
